Dubbed ‘Indianino’ boots, founder Hector from the Italian town of Riccione, revealed in an interview to celebrate the label’s 30th anniversary, “It all started from my passion for horses and adventure. In the 80’s I wore for the first time the ‘Native American’ boots they use for bareback riding; it was during a trip to Quebec, where I had the chance the live amongst them. When I returned to Italy, I had the desire to share the experience I had, so I created the Indianino boots using my skills and knowledge of leather. I adapted them to our culture, adding for example some details (tassels, pearls and Swarovski stones) and an internal heel that improves the comfort.”

In his atelier, Hector only uses high quality products and personally takes care of choosing the leather and adding the finishing touches. He also created a specific waterproof sole that distinguishes his boots from imitations, with all the models strictly hand-made. His distinctive collections include designs for men, women and children and have been featured in many international fashion magazines including Vogue Russia. As well as the iconic boots, the Hector range also includes accessories such as belts and handbags, as well as selected garments such as dresses.
