When the arrival of a luxury seafront resort with views on Es Vedra and facilities to rival even the most spectacular hotels was announced at the end of 2015, it set tongues wagging on even an island that is as accustomed to luxury as the White Isle. Now the wait is finally open, with the stunning 7Pines Resort Ibiza taking bookings for the 2018 season and an opening date slated for this spring.

Located in the South West of the island between the famous Cala Conta and the more secluded Cala Colodar beach, the Linder Investment Management GmbH [LIM] developed property covers over 50,000 square meters and offers solely suites as accommodation options, starting at 48 sqm. Designed by Madrid-based architect’s office Arditecnica, the resort fuses understated boho chic with natural element, aiming to incorporate itself into the island’s terrain and lush flora.

But the unspoilt views on the majestic rock island of Es Vedra are not the only reason that makes 7Pines a frontrunner when it comes to choosing your White Isle accommodation. When you are ready to leave your state-of-the-art living facilities, a spacious 733 sqm infinity pool, complete with an integrated ‘sunken’ bar, invites you to take a dip in the seemingly endless waters. And for those extra romantic nights, there have been reports that 7 Pines even boasts its own planetarium for the ultimate stargazing experience.

Sunset cocktails will taste even better taken on the Pershing-designed terrace complete with fire pits, glowing torches and a chill out playlist. Meanwhile, perched on a clifftop with dazzling sea vistas, in-house restaurant The Views boasts a dedicated bread oven and – very important in Ibiza – extended breakfast hours. Chef Bijendra has created a simple yet exciting European menu that uses Korean cooking techniques such as steaming, fermentation and the Robata grill to bring out the fresh flavours of locally sourced produce. Gourmets will delight in pulling up a chair at the restaurant’s Chef’s Table – set around an open kitchen – where they will enjoy a special menu and close interaction with the kitchen master. And the laid-back Cone Club, with its beach club feel and Arabic and Asian influenced fare invites foodies to tuck in from lunchtime till late.

In between exploring the island and enjoying Ibiza’s intoxicating nightlife, the resort’s extensive pampering and wellness offering will help you to look and feel your best at all times. Enjoy yoga and fitness classes, have your hair and make-up done and explore the 1,500 sqm spa area Pure Seven, which wows with a thermal circuit including two saunas, a steam bath, cold mists and water beds.

If this hasn’t whetted your appetite to book yourself in for an extended stay, we don’t know what will! Want to add an edge of effortless luxury to your wedding or a special event? Seven Pines is also available for nuptials, meetings and other occasions. We bet you’ll never want to leave!
