While STK is, as the name suggests, best known for its generous selection of prime meat cuts, the hip eatery also offers some indulgent seafood options. Travelling gourmets will delight in finding treats such as oysters, lobster, ceviche and, right on top of the culinary trend, tuna poke on the extensive menu. For those hot summer nights, or when you want to add a luxurious deli-addition to your steak dinner, why not try exotic creations such as Asian Style Prawns, Japanese Oyster Shots served with Sake, Wasabi, Miso and Soy, Sea Bass Ceviche or Soft Shell Crab Sliders.
For those extra special occasions when you really want to push the boat out, we recommend a decadent serving of either Oscietra or Beluga Caviar, fresh Oysters accompanied by classic toppings such as Tabasco sauce, shallot vinegar and lemon, or the whole grilled lobster flambé with tequila and served with pomme paille, avocado coriander salsa and chipotle mayonnaise. Naughty sides and toppings like Parmesan Truffle Chips, Foie Gras and Lobster Mac and Cheese complete the veritable gourmet feast.
Of course, you’re not going to want to wash down these heavenly treats with just any old beverage, so why not peruse STK’s well-stocked sparkling wine list, which stars premium grapes such as Luc Belaire, Laurent Perrier, Armand de Brignac, Louis Roederer and Moet & Chandon.
