Having been restored to a luxury standard whilst maintaining many of its original features, the five-bedroom abode will suit families and friends alike and is also available for yoga and meditation retreats.
The interior of the villa is a fusion of traditional Ibicencan architecture, such as Sabina beam ceilings and stonewalls, and Asian-influenced décor such as Balinese tiles, antique Asian artefacts and wall hangings. There are five gorgeous bedrooms, three with sleek ensuites and one equipped for wheelchair access plus an additional main bathroom.
Living areas are expansive and colourful with a mix of tiled and wooden floors. Satellite TV is included and there is a large open plan dining area. The ultra modern kitchen boasts marble countertops, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and is fully equipped for throwing a spectacular dinner party – or have someone come in and cater it for you!
Outside, there is a combination of shaded terraces and glorious bathed-in-sunlight decking for you to choose from along with a beautiful swimming pool with views out to sea.
